Innovation makes improvement. Innovation is the driving force of development, the core of the value. RIKA has been investing continuous attention to independent research since started. After all these years development, our researching team, R & D equipment, QC equipment, engineering technology are leading in Chinese pearlescent pigment industry.

We have around 60 researching colleagues, around 20 bachelors and above and they have many years working experience in researching and production of pearlescent pigment. Not only that, but also researching supporting team that does market investigation, evaluation, trial production inspect, which makes the researching products compatible in the market, practical to produce, steady in long term. Meanwhile, RIKA pay high attention to Production and research cooperation. We cooperates with universities inside and outside of China, including Central South University in China, Monash University in Australia and etc. In 2017, we built up “RIKA-Monash University R&D center of functional nano-pearlescent-pigment".

RIKA R&D center is equipped with a full set of devices of testing and analysing, including X-rite multi-angle spectrophotomeret , Malvern laser particle analyzer,Atlas UV Weathering Tester, and etc.With maximum using of these facilities, RIKA develop our own standard QC system to ensure consistently supply of stable-quality products.

Till now RIKA have been granted certifications of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSA18001:2007, and make products conform with regulations of EU REACH registration, EN71/3, RoHS, FDA. As a reputable pearlescent pigment brand, RIKA's products are spread worldwidely to more than 40 countries and regions, including USA, Canada, Russia, UK, France, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Eygpt, India, Thailand, and etc.
